Introducing Zachary - a special needs dog. He does not have the use of his back legs, but that doesn't stop him from following his foster mom all around the house. He needs a special home that will give him the extra care a dog in his condition needs. If you know anyone that would like to baby this little boy, please have them submit an application asap.  Adoption fee $350
