Update:  1/9/18  Well, we almost had a permanent home for this boy!  Sadly, the mom became ill and cannot care for him so he is back in his foster home.  All he really needs is a person who will understand him and he will thrive.  He can be extremely loving and affectionate but needs to be in a one-person home.  Please consider giving him that home!  He is only 4.5 yrs old and has a long life and a lot of love to give.

Levi needs a home with adults only - no children/no grandchildren.  He loves to walk and spend time in the yard or snuggling on the couch.  He cannot live in an apartment - no elevators and he has been a naughty boy when around children of any age.  Levi can be food and toy aggressive as well.  We feel the best place for him would be where he is the only dog and only one or 2 adults living in the home.


Tail-wagging, happy boy!  Levi was dropped off at the shelter looking like a hot mess - so bad that he had to be shaved down to his skin.  Once his hair grows in, he will be a beauty!  His personality is adorable and he will be a great companion.  Levi must have spent a lot of time in a crate, as that is where I usually find him hanging out.  He gets excited when taken outside to walk or play in the yard.  Just an all-around sweet dog.  We are currently treating his eyes for an infection.  Adoption fee $375
