Young, playful but a little shy at first. Oakley is not used to being held so we are working on that. He is yet another dog found running the streets in Puerto Rico to fend for himself. He does like the other dogs in the foster home but when they play rough, he runs away. Looking for a calm home where he can learn that people will be good to him. Adoption fee $375
