Another adorable pup from Puerto Rico finds his way to NY and into rescue!  A little shy at first, Toby is a sweet guy who loves to play with other pups but loves to snuggle up on a warm lap as well.  He will be your best friend as he will follow you everywhere.   Toby does not like being left alone so we would like to find a family who will spend a lot of time with him.  Adoption fee: $375
