Hey there!  My name's Tootsie and I am a Chocolate Yorkie.  I came into rescue and as quick as I came in, I was snatched up by my Foster Mom.  She told me I was staying at her home furever!  It's a good thing because I love my foster fur siblings and I love my new family too!  So I am not available for adoption because I am already adopted.  My adoption fee is $400.
