Update 5/6/15:  After seeing the vet and getting a sparkly white smile, we determined that the injury to his back leg is not something that can be corrected.  It is either from a very old injury or could have been from birth.  Nigel gets around mostly on 3 legs but he will, from time to time, stand/walk on the hock of the injured foot.  Nothing stops this little one from running with the other pups or hopping onto the couch.  He is used to his life and will make anyone a happy companion.  Adoption fee $375.


This boy is calm and mellow!  What a sweetie.  He is in his new foster home and doing really well. Nigel has an issue with one of his back feet which we are looking into correcting.  He walks on the "hock" instead of his foot.  He will be seeing the vet next week and we will have more info at that time.
